SAS provides assistance to customers through its Public Relations Office (URP).
All SAS personnel are available for:
- information regarding all company services and sectors
- information and assistance for ZTL and ZCS authorisation issuance
- information and assistance for Disabled permit (CUDE) issuance and insertion in the “Lista Bianca” (White List)
- booking appointments
- managing complaints

SAS also provides a dedicated service with specialized personnel to disabled customers who can contact, with priority, Green Number 800339891, fax number 0554040253, or the email address upd@serviziallastrada.it.
In-office appointments (only for authorized services) can be booked by phone from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 2.30pm.
