Driving and parking permits to access the ZTL Bus are available only online.
Permits can only be purchased by registering the bus, which requires presenting the vehicle identification card, or technical information sheet, where the following are clearly visible: licence plate number, owner, length, environmental class (Euro 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc., natural gas, electric) and the relative EEC directive in which the motor has been approved.
If the environmental class of the motor cannot be determined from the Vehicle ID card for the requested permit, the maximum amount provided for by the tariff regulations of the City of Florence will be applied.
Only after registration, which must be validated by the backoffice, will the permit be issued.
All documentation necessary for the issuance of the permit must be sent to the back office exclusively via the telematic platform at least 3 days prior to the day the permit needs to be used.
